Hello Papercrafters! It's time again for another Papercraft Business Challenge and the theme is Easter for April. There's a also a cute prize to win, 'Chirpy Stamp' from Penny Johnson, for entries using the Easter theme. I just love the Spring Easter theme and have used the adorable new set from Lawn Fawn - 'Eggstra Amazing Easter' and what better way to display the cute characters than in a pop up box card, also from Lawn Fawn.
Click here to enter or click on the banner below.
The images and details are just too cute and have been coloured in with Copic markers for quick and seamless blending and used the coordinating dies to cut them out.
The card in a box was constructed using Neenah solar white card stock 80lbs and used the new Spring Fling 6x6" petite patterned paper. The two patterns have been die cut twice and adhered over the main cardstock and trimmed slightly to allow folding at the score lines.
The grasses were created using the the new Mushrooms Border dies and trimmed to size to fit the card in a box inserts. I have used Ranger Distress Inks: Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn, ink blending for the grasses.
The sky background was done using MFT cloud stencil and light ink blend with Ranger distress ink Broken China.
The sentiments have been stamped with Lawn Fawn Merman ink and used the Everyday Sentiment Banners for the die cut banner. The sentiment has been white heat embossed and ink blended with Ranger distress ink Peacock Feathers to coordinate.
The back has also been lovingly decorated with the cute bunny juggling the Easter eggs.
This card was a lot of fun to create and just love both the images and sentiments. Hope your basket will be full of Joy this Easter most of all with crafty fun and goodies. I can't wait to see what you create for this month's challenge and be sure to check out the rest of the Design Team's projects for more inspiration. Thanks so much for stopping by - 'til next time - Happy Crafting!

You are such a talented artist Juan. I so wish you would post more artwork from Stampin Up as SU has lovely images too and, I do believe, you are still a SU demonstrator too.
