So In Love bundle - Love is in the details

Welcome to our International Visual Blog Hop using current Stampin' Up!® Products. There are so many amazing and beautiful projects in the gallery for you to be inspired by! We would love it if you could visit every one of our blogs and see a close up of our projects. Our theme this month is LOVE and I just couldn't get enough of sharing the love. Get ready to fall in love with another fabulous bundle from the new 2017 Occasions catalogue, appropriately titled So In Love and compliments this month's theme for the blog hop. I was fortunate to get this set as part of my pre-order for attending Onstage Live Brisbane.

Love is truly in the details and this bundle has it going on with the So Detailed thinilts. Allowing you to make the most intricate border edges on the card front as well as a coordinating belly band. Perfect for bespoke wedding invitations, Anniversary, Congrats and of course -  the coordinating stamp set says it all with the So In Love collection of sentiments.

There is also an amazing Falling In Love designer series paper. It contains beautifully photographed images of lace and foliage as well as bokeh effects and other wonderful patterns that all coordinate with rest of the set. You can see how vivid the images are just from the photo below with the lace background - that is in fact the one of  the images from the Falling in Love dsp - looks so real doesn't it?

So In Love Bundle:
So In Love Stamp set and So Detailed Thinlits

Falling in Love Designer Series Paper

I couldn't wait to try out the So Detailed thinlits and have created a wedding themed card with a gate fold and matching belly band. This would make a stunning wedding invitation with the intricate die cut flaps that open out as per the photo below. I have used Very Vanilla cardstock and is one of the coordinating colours of the Falling In Love dsp. I have chosen this one in particular for the hearts and compliments the 'So in love' sentiment.

I found that stamping the sentiment first then die cutting it out is a lot easier and will give you the exact placement for the sentiment thanks to the cut out window on the die.

The bundle also has the Falling In Love embellishment of the flower with the rhinestones - it just makes the most gorgeous colour coordinated accessory.

The card is A2 in size, 10.5 x 14cm and die cutting each intricate panel separately is the best way to go and allows you to attach each piece to any size card as long as its 14 cm on the longest side. You could go a bit longer but will be noticeable with the extra length. Placing the dies vertically in the Big Shot gives for better cutting overall and used along with the thin die adapter.

The next card is a follow on with just one of the intricate dies as a border edge. I have used Sweet Sugarplum cardstock to coordinate with the selected Falling In Love dsp of the same flowers as the dies. I have used vellum to give a soft contrast to the die cut and printed dsp and have white heat embossed the 'Happy Anniversary sentiment. Please excuse the temporary tape, it's placed there to keep the panel in place to show up the patterned dsp for the photo hehe.

This is inside the card with the coordinating Sweet Sugarplum ruched ribbon tied around in a bow. Using the ribbon also hides all the adhesives of  the die cut panel on the back.

I hope you have enjoyed these cards and found inspiration. It's a charming set and all made with love. This set would compliment many other current sets too.  The bundle is available on 4th January 2017 for customers.

Thank you for visiting my blog today and seeing my second post, there are so many amazing ideas and inspiration you don't want to miss. We know that you will love our gallery of projects made from Stampin' Up!® Demonstrators around the world!
